I think OMIT is one of the most beautiful and heavily under-praised projects in the whole avant-ambient whatever streams of creation.

Everything I have is wonderful, either solo or any kind of collaboration.

Always on the look out for any tapes I don't have.

Still need to check out the recent double CD and the Anomalous disc.

Does anyone know the album 'Interior Desolation' on Corpus Hermeticum? I'm just wondering if it's worth a cheap sale-price purchase or not...

Oh yeah, I'd grab it. It's long out of print, and I think a fine piece of work.

It was a long time ago now, but I did end up getting this album and it was well worth it. Excellent long form ambient sounds, though it is a lot darker and downright creepier than I expected, with lots of field recordings of varyingly disturbing degrees layered in or over the drones. Uneasy creepy late night listening.

silvum - you might want to try touching base with eric at anomalous - they were distroing the cassettes and it's remotely possible they still have deadstock copies on hand.

everytime i ordered from them i'd throw in an omit cassette or two to bask in the weirdness of it all, one of the highlights being one of the releases being wrapped in cassette tape.  anyway it's great stuff to behold
