Another stumper

Here's another unidentified flying Rallizes record.  It looks like a boot.  Definitely a recent pressing.  The URL For gzvinyl is etched into it.  It's black vinyl with plain white labels.  On one side in marker someone wrote by hand "H.O.D."  The jacket is plain white cardboard.  The writing below appears to be sprayed or stamped on, maybe silkscreened.  I don't (think I) see this on the unofficial Rallizes discography someone posted before.  Any ideas what this is?  Thanks.

The "High or Die" LP originally issued in a ltd. ed. of 150 copies

unlike the F.U.N. compilation 2-LP
 (http://www.discogs.com/release/1055335) in that it is derived
from Disaster Sources 10CDR sets...

This seller is offering a number of original cassette tape recordings
of Rallizes gigs plus old flyers and tickets, but can anyone explain
this 1980 event featuring Mizutani in "Andromeda Sea Monster" ?!

It would seem to be a play based on the Greek myth of Andromeda and the sea monster. If the seller is to be believed it took place on March 5 & 6, 1980 at the Koenji Kaikan and was directed by a guy who now goes under the name Honomu Kitamori. Mizutani (if he indeed appeared - we only have the seller's word for it, and the name on the poster is written with different characters from the ones Mizutani normally uses) played two roles - Perseus and the wastrel son.
The final line on the poster reads, "Love and death, swords and magic pursue each other on the strand - a wicked operetta."

The main Japanese Rallizes fan site makes no mention of this event in its detailed chronology.
