So, 1974 stuff is perhaps same location as CDAR-33 “Gotenba”: Peace Pagoda near Mt. Fuji, the following year. The last three tracks are either different source <????> or Shibuya, Yaneura in ’76. However,“a great slack, elegaically-stoned feel to the playing and by the end of the show the whole group are obliviously destroyed.”Volcanic Tongue.

Regarding the location for CDAR-24/25   ?ARE YOU RALLIZESED ? ?, I'll admit to having always been somewhat puzzled by the way location Bussharito is given in Japanese: ?
The characters themselves make little sense, but they are pronounced the same way as the name of the stupa whose picture you provide ?.
Where and why this should have occurred, I have no idea.

Either way, Gotenba is in Shizuoka, and this pagoda can be found in its Heiwa Koen (Peace Park).

Interestingly, the location usually given for the 1975 Hana Matsuri (Flower Festival, also released on Ignuitas) is Nipponzanmyohoji temple. This temple can also be found in the same park in Gotenba.

I'd say they are probably both in the same place. From the Wikipedia Japan entry on the Gotenba Peace Park:

A private park in Gotenba, Shizuoka prefecture. The park is popularly known as 'Bussharito' after the Buddhist stupa that is its symbol.
The park was created in 1964 by Horiuchi Sadayoshi, Gotenba resident and CEO of the Santoku supermarket chain, using his own funds. It includes the Nipponmyohoji temple and a Japanese garden. The stupa houses Buddhist relics presented by Indian prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru.

Actually, it's nothing at all to do with France - the butsu/futsu character (?) can mean France, but it also means Buddha/Buddhism. So, bussharito (?) as a whole means Buddhist Stupa, literally 'a tower containing relics/bones of the Buddha'.
